Welcome back to another Fresh Face Designer post hosted by Izzy Anderson. This week Izzy is sharing a trio of cards to show you just how easy it is to create cards from Echo Park Paper collection kits. Be sure to check out the clever sentiments on each of her cards! Here is her post:

Punny Card Trio

I love cards that make me smile. Fun images and a corny phrase get me every time. I keep a small notebook in my purse and I write down little quotes, titles, phrases and puns whenever I see them or when an idea comes to me. Sometimes at a store, I will flip out my iphone and take a quick photo of a funny tee-shirt saying. I also love Pinterest. It’s a great source of puns and quotes.

Echo Park Paper has lots of images in its lines that lend themselves well to cards. I made these square cards using scraps left over from earlier Echo Park projects. The cards were really quick and easy to do. I used pre-made aqua cards as my base. The cards were 5x7 and I just cut them down to 5 x 5.
